Munson Tires and Auto

Yesterday was a day from hell for my family. They got us in so quickly, and within the hour I kid you not we were back on the road. Made my life so much easier when we were in a very challenging spot. Thank you 🙏🏼! Communication and kindness across all the staff is genuine and refreshing. When life is stressful, a friendly face and feeling helped is such a blessing. Also - I think the big fluffy well mannered dogs are highly trained in top notch customer service too. ☺️ We appreciate y’all!

This shop has always been great and always treats me well. This morning on my way to work I noticed a lot of shaking in my car that wasn't there before. I also saw that my tire pressure was low. I called as I got close and Tyler told me someone would be right out. They came right out and put air in my tires and re-torqued my lug nuts for me. Said the shaking was likely due to snow packed into my wheel wells, but it was good to come in and get it checked out. Also did this at no charge! Very much appreciate it! Thanks guys!

I finally found a place where I feel safe to bring my car with any problem. Not only are they trustworthy, but they are the cheapest in labor I could find in the area. I highly recommend that if you are having problems, at least give this place a chance and see for yourself what they can do for you.

Whether it’s a last-minute tire issue or regular maintenance, they go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. It’s such a relief to have a shop I can rely on—honest, efficient, and consistently great service. Highly recommend!
